Jaguar F-Type Final Year Produced



Having announced it will produce later this year, Jaguar also stated that the F-Type roadster went on sale in mid-2013. Described by Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director of Jaguar, F-Type production version has a similar figure C-X16 concept on display at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011, the two-seat roadster. Meanwhile, the C-X16 is expressed as a vision and a new Jaguar design language.

Ian Callum, Jaguar Design Director, added, "There is no plan offers a folding hard top version of the F-Type roadster. Fixed soft top for folding hard top will destroy the shape of the car."

F-Type will use the new V6 engine, 3.0 liters, plus a supercharger equipped with electric motors, together with the C-X16. "His ability as the XKR-S, but less strength," said Hallmark. In other words, the F-Type is not just as a sports car, but also GT. Of the price, this model will compete with the Porsche Boxster / Cayman, BMW Z4, and Mercedes-Benz SLK.
